Items are priced for rent at just a fraction of the purchase price that you may find on similar items. Many Click Pick Party items are one of a kind custom made pieces that you won't find anywhere else.
Do you set up the items at my party?
Typically, everything is scheduled for delivery OR picked up from our warehouse and the customer sets up. All items are "user friendly" and come with complete instructions. If you would like us to set up your event please contact us for a quote.
How do I reserve items for my date?
Pick out all the rental items you want for your event. Submit a request and we will verify your date is available. We will send you an email and once you verify everything is correct and your payment has been confirmed your date will automatically be saved. Please note all deposits will be credited back once our rental items are returned in satisfactory condition.
Can I change items on my rental order?
We understand that every once and a while there is a need for change, so we are more than happy to offer you a credit for another rental. We are not able to offer a refund as the rentals have been reserved and marked as unavailable for others to rent for that date.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, once we receive your request we will send you a quote along with deposit information. After the party, we inspect all rental items to make sure everything has been returned in the same condition as you rented it. If everything is accounted for and in proper condition your deposit will be credited back.
